STUFFED PEPPERS GRANDE            Stuffed peppers are very easy to make and most enjoyable to taste.      This recipe serves 6 but can easily be increased by added more ground sirloin and onions. Any color bell peppers can be used as well . This has always been a family favorite .

6 large firm bell peppers

1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin

2 eggs

1 1/2 cup fine , soft bread crumbs

1 medium onion, minced

3/4 tsp. salt
