CURRIED SHRIMP AND HAM CASSEROLE

The modern day version of a one-dish meal is only limited by a cook’s imagination. A casserole can grace  any table with elegance and sophistication , served with your family’s taste and nutrition in mind.  In any combination of ingredients, it is important not to let any one flavor dominate all the others, or the magic is lost. A variety of seasonings and spices adds  a delightful touch to casseroles.Cooking is a way to let your imagination and your cooking skills  make cooking a joy. Casseroles can be prepared in a variety of baking dishes from individual servings to family size portions. Recipes are easily doubled or decreased depending on the occasion.  I prefer heatproof glass containers with lids , which easily can be moved from oven to the table.
